Quality Management System
The Fores Engineering Quality System is certified and regularly audited by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) according to ISO 9001:2008 since 1998. To properly manage projects, Fores Engineering usually puts in place dedicated Project Teams, under the guide of a Project Manager, responsible for the safety, qualitative, economical and technical performance of the project. On the other hand, projects are part of an organization that is larger than the project itself. In this way Fores Engineering maintains a structured Functional Organization, that guarantees high specialized competence, continuous training, knowledge improvement and maximum efficiency in human and technical resources utilization (vertical organizational dimension).

HSE Management System
The H&S Management System is certified by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) in accordance with OHSAS 18001:2007 since 2010:
The HSE management system is based on a cyclic process for impacts assessment, objectives identification, actions undertaking, monitoring and definition of improvement areas concerning: health and safety protection of workers and contractors, accidents and occupational diseases prevention as well as Environmental protection.
Attention paid to safety aspects entails the adoption of methodologies and instruments aimed at ensuring risks prevention or minimization, through daily and technical audits, by strictly applying effective procedures, by adopting all the possible measures and initiatives with the goal of preventing workers’ exposure.
Fores Engineering is committed to improve the conditions of the workplace through prevention and protection programmes aimed at the progressive decrease of the number in accidents both as to employees and contractors.
