The Automation & Telecom Systems Unit is supported by a team of expert technicians (most of them graduated engineers) specialized in the design, construction and integration of fully tested and operational automation systems, starting from Basic Process Control Systems (BPCS) up to IEC 61511 certified Emergency Shut Down (ESD) and Fire & Gas detection systems.
Selecting Hardware and Software platforms available from worldwide major manufacturers, Fores Engineering carries out all detailed engineering activities starting from feasibility studies, including the Front End Engineering Design (FEED), as well as project basic and detail engineering activities, risk analysis and Hazop assessment for Automation and Telecomm.
During the last years, the continuous improvement of our acknowledges as allowed us to obtain, from TÜV-SUD, Functional Safety Engineers Certification, according to applicable IEC standards. This solution allows our clients to obtain the supply of certified safety systems in compliance with IEC 61511 rules up to SIL 3 level.
