Fores Engineering Project Management, Project Controlling & Planning activities, are performed by a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO), which defines and assures Project Management standards across our organization and towards our customers.
The main purpose of PMO is to assure projects completed on time, on budget and with respect of customers’ requirements, adopting at the same time Risk Management techniques.
The PMO’s support is not only in operational phase of the project, but also in the Tendering & Commercial phase.
The main activities of the PMO are carried out by the following key professionals:
– Project Managers;
– Project Controllers & Planners.
They ensure a focal point to facilitate and integrate deliverables from the Functional Departments involved in the project.
