ForesCares: A Commitment to Well-Being in 2025

The well-being of our people remains a priority as we enter the new year, continuing the efforts made so far and staying true to our core values of Respect, Responsibility, and Results.

From this foundation comes RosettiCares, an initiative that extends across the Group as ForesCares, GreenMethaneCares, and TeconCares—each designed to support our people with concrete solutions.

RosettiCares launched in January with RosettiHealth, a set of additional medical services aimed at helping employees better manage their physical well-being while reinforcing the importance of prevention. In the coming months, new projects will be introduced, focusing on financial, mental, professional, and social well-being.

This initiative is a tangible demonstration of Rosetti’s commitment to the people who are part of the Group.
