ForesCares Expands with New Initiatives: Academic Merit and Maternity Support
Launched in January, ForesCares has already made a significant impact by focusing on the health and well-being of our employees and their families. Now, the program expands with two new initiatives dedicated to supporting our people: Fores4Students and MaternitàPlus.
With Fores4Students, the Group recognizes the academic achievements of employees’ children. Each year, high school students who graduate with full marks are awarded a merit prize, and those who graduate with an excellent final grade are granted a scholarship. This initiative is aimed at supporting talent through financial recognition, contributing to the financial well-being of our people, and encouraging young individuals to invest in their future.
On the other hand, MaternitàPlus is designed to offer new mothers a smoother, more gradual return to work. Through this initiative, mothers are given the flexibility to take advantage of agile working, based on criteria specifically defined to prioritize their needs. This approach ensures that maternity, a time of significant change, is supported with understanding and care, fostering the mental well-being of those transitioning back to their professional lives after a transformative personal experience.
